Not only does walking stimulate blood flow and brain function, it has many other benefits, as well.

Step away from your computer and into another environment. Absorb your new surroundings. This will help you forget about old thoughts and generate new ones.

Walking produces endorphins, the feel good brain chemical, which lowers the stress chemical, cortisol. In this relaxed state, web design inspiration will likely emerge. As you walk, breath in fresh air, connect with your inner self, and enjoy the visual sites.

Let your mind wander and drift. Try to clear your thoughts. Open the channel to new inspiration. Often times the best ideas come when you least expect it or when you’re in a meditative state. So, for web design inspiration, take at least 15 minutes a day, and go for a walk.
